El Universal has uncovered allegations of corruption and disloyalty within the Russian cabinet.
“The minister of defense in the Russian cabinet is not who he seems,” a high-ranking official from the Russian cabinet said, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “There are various actions that he is committing that go directly against the unified body of the Russian Cabinet as a whole.”
El Universal has recordings of the whistleblower's claims. The whistleblower also shared confidential notes from their last committee session with the same reporter.
According to the whistleblower, “The minister of defense has engaged in corrupt activities, such as putting 96 percent of their income in offshore banks and buying a 1 billion ruble mansion under his daughter’s name so as to not pay taxes.”
The source also alleged that the minister of defense has been using 15 "ghost" employees on his payroll.
Allegedly, El Universal is the only publication to know of these actions. We will continue to provide more claims and the effects of these revelations as they become known publicly.
